| assuming you did the smart thing and allowed Paypal to withdraw money from a Credit Card account, call the CC company and tell them what happened. Odds are they'll ask you to file a fraud claim, which they'll use in a (usually short and in your favor) investigation. A transaction cancellation usually results.
